This company (BD4 CIC) was incorporated in November of 2008 bringing together the activities of firstly BD4 Family, whose outreach is to the pre-school child and their families of South Bradford, secondly GEMS, the work amongst the more elderly of the same area, thirdly Raise that concentrates on work with children between 5 and 11, and finally the work of the employees linked to St John's Bowling Network in Bradford, particularly relating to pastoral care. The company is wholly owned by Olive Branch Trust Limited.

All these organisations are thriving and now are operating with greater efficiency as they relate together and to some extent share resources. Together they have formed a Board of Directors representing the different aspects of the company.
